US Salt: One Shoot, Two Jobs — Trade Shows and Hiring

Us salt safety

US Salt needed video that had to work twice: polished enough to hold attention on a loud trade show floor, and useful enough for HR to run during onboarding.

Those are different audiences with different attention spans. Most shops pick one and hope the other works.

The challenge

A polished, informative video about the organization — who they are, what they do, and why someone would want to work there. Not a product reel. The company.

What we did

Interviews with the people who actually do the work. Drone footage. B-roll throughout the operation.

We built it to tell the story behind US Salt, then cut it for both jobs — the trade show version and the recruitment version.

And all the raw footage, delivered to them.

What they said

“The company I work for was in search of a top-notch video production service to create a recruitment video and a promotional video for our trade shows. After some research and recommendations, we decided to go with Rugglion, and I can wholeheartedly say that they are absolutely the BEST option out there.

From the very first consultation, Joe and his team made it clear that our vision was their priority. They took the time to understand our company’s values, goals, and the message we wanted to convey. Their attention to detail is unmatched.

The videos exceeded our expectations and have been a massive hit both internally and externally. You will not be disappointed by choosing them for your next marketing project.”

Why it matters

Industrial companies get sold flash. Drone shots, fast cuts, a music bed that sounds like a car commercial.

What actually works is a clear story, told well enough that it holds up in a convention hall at 2pm and in a quiet room with a new hire on their first morning. Same footage. Different edit. Both earn their keep.
