Rugglion Digital Marketing retains ownership of all intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, content, and strategies created during the course of providing services. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

6. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

7. Termination:

Either party may terminate the services with written notice in the event of a material breach of the agreement by the other party. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Rugglion Digital Marketing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

9. Force Majeure:

Rugglion Digital Marketing shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Rugglion Digital Marketing reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
