The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine came to us with a problem most institutions have: plenty happening, and almost none of it visible.
The challenge
LECOM needed three things at once — more visibility across social platforms, more student applications, and stronger brand recognition in the markets around their campuses.
Big institutions generate news constantly. Turning that into something a prospective student stops scrolling for is a completely different job.
What we do
We run LECOM’s social media management and produce video and content every single month. Not a campaign with a start date and an end date — a standing engine.
White Coat Ceremonies. The Mini Medical School series at Elmira. Scholarship announcements in Corning. Headshots for incoming classes, two years running. LECOM nights at the ballpark. The Medical Minute interview series down in Jacksonville.
And LECOM gets all the raw footage. Every shoot, every time. It’s theirs.
What happened
Significant growth in social visibility. Expansion nationwide. And student applications doubled year over year.
We’re not going to claim we did that by ourselves — a medical school’s enrollment moves for a lot of reasons, and most of them are LECOM’s own doing. But the content was running the entire time, and it was running everywhere a prospective student actually looks.
Why it matters
Institutions don’t need a campaign. They need someone who shows up every month, already knows the academic calendar, and knows where to stand at a White Coat Ceremony without being told.
That’s a different relationship than hiring a crew for a day. It’s the one we’re built for.
Work with us. If your organization is generating more than it’s showing, let’s talk. Book a 30-minute call — no pitch, just what we’d do about it.
